At College of Ophthalmology & Allied Vision Sciences (COAVS) students come from far flung areas of Pakistan and even overseas, so accommodation is a prime concern for these students. To address the issue of accommodation, COAVS hostel was built in 2016 with the cooperation of Punjab Government and Fred Hollows Foundation (Aus). The COAVS Hostel offers safe, affordable and comfortable accommodation to its students. There are separate hostel facilities for male and female students. There are total capacity of 80 students in it.

COAVS Hostels operate on non-profit and financial support models. Hostel charges are calculated as per the actual expenses of utility of electricity, gas, water and maintenance expenses. Both hostels have dedicated staff including security guards, helpers, and sanitary workers.

Hostel fee is deposited annually at the start of every academic year.
